HARINGTON'S HOTEL TERMS & CONDITIONS


Booking

We require card details at the time of booking, including for all bookings made via telephone. Full payment for your booking will not be taken until 3 days prior to your arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro at no additional charge and Amex at a 3% surcharge. 

If you book on our Advance Purchase rate, full non-refundable payment is due at time of booking.


Deposits

We do not require a deposit, however full payment is charged 3 days before arrival. 


Hotel Cancellation Policy

Flexible Rates

FREE cancellation until 3 days before your arrival when you book with our flexible rates. Full payment for your booking will be taken 3 calendar days prior to arrival - cancellations within this 3-day window are liable for the whole fee and the full cost of the stay will be retained.

Advance Purchase Rates

Reservations booked on our Advance purchase prepaid rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to post@haringtonshotel.co.uk or by telephone to 01225 461728. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you after you have notified us of the cancellation.

If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email from us then the reservation has not been cancelled; please contact us ASAP if you believe there is a problem.
