To make a Guaranteed booking we require a £20 per night per room non refundable or transferable deposit. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro at no additional charge and Amex at a 3% surcharge. Remaining payments are taken on the day of departure (or at cancellation time should you cancel after the 48hrs prior to the day of arrival).

We take a 50% deposit when you make a booking and will automatically take the remaining 50% seven weeks prior from the date of arrival from the credit card details given. All bookings are to be cancelled 48hrs prior to the DAY of arrival (or One month prior for 4 rooms or more). If you cancel within two days of arrival (for example: a booking for a Friday must be cancelled by Mid-night on Tuesday) or if you fail to show up at Harington’s Hotel without cancelling the booking you will be charged for one night.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and by telephone to 01225 461728. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you after you have notified us of the cancellation.
If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email from us then the reservation has not been cancelled; please contact us ASAP if you believe there is a problem.
