Easy to Find, But Hard to Leave...

Imagine the delight of discovering a unique hotel tucked away in a quiet, traditional cobbled side street, but with all Bath’s best bits right on the doorstep… that’s Harington’s Hotel to a tee! We are one of just a few luxury hotels in Bath to strike the perfect balance of quiet seclusion and city centre proximity. We are, quite literally, just a cat’s whisker from the city centre.

Finding Us

By Road...

Bath's wonderfully central location means that it can be conveniently reached by a range of different routes when travelling by car. Please note that, once you arrive, we have city centre parking available (pre-booking required - £11 per day); this is incredibly unusual for central Bath and it certainly takes care of any unnecessary hassle. You can stop outside the hotel to unload, and then the car park is just a short stroll from the hotel.

Here are some of the main approaches to bath by road, do give us a tinkle on 01225 461728 if you get stuck (it happens to the best of us at one time or another!)

After less than half a mile, take the first left following 'Park and Ride' sign. Take the left at the T-junction, continuing to follow the 'Park and Ride' signs. Then, continue past the 'Park and Ride' and down the steep hill. At traffic lights at the bottom turn right, and then take the first left into Milsom Street followed by the first right into Quiet Street, and finally the first left into Queen Street. Harington’s Hotel is on your right.

From Bristol on A4 or Wells on A39 follow A4 signs to Bath or from Wells follow A39. Both routes converge at a large round-a-bout at Newton St Loe; continue on until you approach Bath on a dual carriageway. Keeping in the left-hand lane, take the first left fork approximately 50m before the end of the dual carriageway. You will then pass the 'Park and Ride' on your left.
