Our top priority is the safety of both our guests and staff, and we want everyone who stays with us to feel comfortable and safe. For that reason, we’ve made a few changes to to the way we opperate. Here’s how we’ll be keeping you safe...

Our Contactless Check-Ins
Our new contactless check-ins mean that we can maintain distance while we welcome you. We’ll let you know which room number you’ll be staying in and how to get there. Your keys will be up in the room waiting for you. But don’t worry, we’re still on hand to help with luggage and answer any questions you may have!
Contactless Check-Outs
Our new contactless check-outs mean that we can still see you off in style, but without the risk! Simply drop your keys off at reception and we’ll sort out the rest. But rest assured, if you do have any questions or you’d like a hand with anything, we’re still more than happy to help!
Contactless Breakfast Service
We love serving our guests a delicious breakfast to set them up for the day, and our new contactless breakfast service means that you don’t have to go without! Guests are given the choice between a room service breakfast or a socially-distanced one downstairs! We’re still serving our scrumptious Full English as well as fluffy pancakes, smoked salmon & eggs, Avocado & Eggs - there's something for everyone!
Enhanced Cleaning Procedures
Keeping our guests safe is our top priority. That’s why we’ve put in safety-compliant cleaning procedures. All public areas and rooms are being deep cleaned on a regular basis, and all members of staff have been provided with sanitiser and handwashing stations.
Temperature Checks
To ensure the safety of both our guests and staff, we are temperature checking each entrant to the hotel. Temperature checks only take a few seconds to do and they are a great way to make sure that you are safe during your stay with us!
Disinfectant Fogging machine
As well as our enhanced cleaning, we also have a rather clever piece of kit in use! Our portable fogging machine produces a fine mist that helps to eliminate germs and viruses through the quick and effective disinfecting of our indoor spaces.
