To confirm the reservation we will request your credit card details.   Cancellation Policy All WEEKEND bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of £30.00 per room per night (dates cannot be amended using the deposit) . All bookings are to be cancelled 48hrs prior to the DAY of arrival (or One month prior for 4 rooms or more). If you cancel within two days of arrival (for example: a booking for a Friday must be cancelled by Mid-night on Tuesday) or if you fail to show up at Harington's Hotel without cancelling the booking you will be charged for one night. All cancellations must be in writing and will be reconfirmed from us. The hotel will then confirm back that the booking has been cancelled.
